These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the qi777 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using qi777, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

Important: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and qi777 ("qi777," "we," "us," "the Platform"). By creating an account or using any service on qi777.org, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the qi777 platform. These Terms apply to all players, including Filipino players accessing the platform from any Philippine location.

By accessing qi777.org, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game rules or promotion terms published on the qi777 Platform. Together, these documents form the complete agreement between you and qi777.
These Terms supersede all prior understandings, representations, and agreements between you and qi777 relating to the Platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Note for Filipino Players: By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that gambling is legal in your jurisdiction, and that you are not a prohibited person under applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or participate in any activity on the qi777 Platform. This is the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines as prescribed by PAGCOR regulations. qi777 verifies age during KYC and will immediately close any Account found to belong to a person under 21, with any balance returned to the depositing payment method after deducting any bonuses claimed.
qi777 primarily serves players physically located in the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws. qi777 reserves the right to block access from restricted jurisdictions at any time without notice.
The following categories of persons are ineligible to register or maintain an Account on qi777:
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one qi777 Account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — are prohibited. qi777 will suspend all duplicate accounts upon detection, and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your details promptly whenever they change. qi777 is not liable for errors, delays, or losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you, including incorrect GCash numbers or bank account details that result in misrouted withdrawals.
qi777 reserves the right to request identity verification at any point. For withdrawals above ₱50,000 (cumulative or single), KYC is mandatory. Accepted Philippine government-issued documents include: Passport, Driver's License, PhilSys National ID, SSS/UMID, PRC ID, Voter's ID, and Postal ID. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a request will result in Account suspension until verification is completed.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any Account Balance to any third party. qi777 will not honour claims from third parties purporting to have acquired an Account or its balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PIN (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any other person.
qi777 strongly recommends enabling two-step verification on your Account. You agree to notify qi777 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. qi777 will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your credentials, except in cases of verified security failures attributable to qi777's own systems.
Warning: qi777 will never contact you via SMS, email, or social media to request your password or OTP. Any communication requesting such details is a phishing attempt. Do not share your qi777 credentials with anyone under any circumstances.
qi777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, BPI Bank, BDO Unibank, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. qi777 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
The qi777 Platform operates in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, wagering requirements, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in PHP unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional offers made available on qi777 are subject to the specific terms published alongside the offer, in addition to these general Terms. Where there is any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail for matters relating to that promotion only.
Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, e.g., 30×) is stated in the terms of each promotion. Unless specified otherwise, wagering contributions are as follows:
qi777 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a Player has attempted to abuse or exploit a promotional offer. This includes but is not limited to: creating duplicate accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, placing opposing bets (hedging) to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms.
The qi777 VIP Programme (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond tiers) operates under its own programme terms, which supplement these Terms. qi777 reserves the right to amend VIP tier benefits, tier thresholds, and programme structure at any time. VIP status is non-transferable and has no cash value independent of the benefits described in the programme terms.
Each game available on the qi777 Platform is governed by its individual game rules, which are displayed within the game interface before play. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules of that game.
All game outcomes on qi777 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for non-live games, and by physical dealing or spinning for live dealer games. Game results are final upon settlement by qi777's system. In the event of a technical error that causes an incorrect result, qi777 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stakes to all Players' accounts.
Individual games may have maximum win limits (sometimes called "win caps") stated in the game information panel. qi777 reserves the right to apply a maximum single-session win cap of ₱10,000,000 across the platform, regardless of game-specific maximums, at its reasonable discretion. Players who believe they may approach this threshold are encouraged to contact support in advance.
All bets are subject to acceptance by qi777. qi777 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason. This right is exercised primarily to protect against systematic exploitation or technical errors and will not be used to unfairly restrict legitimate recreational play.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qi777 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to appropriate Philippine authorities:
qi777 cooperates with Philippine law enforcement and PAGCOR authorities in investigations of financial crime, underage gambling, and fraud. Information relating to suspected prohibited conduct may be disclosed to these authorities without prior notice to the Account holder.
qi777 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all Filipino players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment, not a means of generating income. qi777 acknowledges the risk of problem gambling and provides the following tools to help players maintain control.
Players may apply a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit, wager, or claim bonuses. The cooling-off period cannot be reduced once activated. Existing qualifying withdrawals will still be processed.
Players who believe they have a gambling problem may apply for Self-Exclusion through their Account Settings panel. Self-Exclusion periods are available for 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or indefinitely. A Player who self-excludes agrees not to attempt to register a new account or circumvent the exclusion during the active period. Violation of a self-exclusion agreement may result in permanent exclusion and forfeiture of any balance arising from the breach.

All content on the qi777 Platform — including but not limited to the qi777 brand name, logos, trademarks, game software, graphic designs, text, data, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of qi777 or its licensed suppliers. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without qi777's prior written consent.
Third-party game content accessible through qi777 remains the property of the respective game studios and is licensed to qi777 for presentation on the Platform. You acquire no ownership rights over any content by using the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, qi777's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of your verified Account Balance at the time the claim arises.
qi777 shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind; (b) loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity; (c) interruptions to the Platform caused by internet outages, third-party payment provider failures, force majeure events, or necessary maintenance windows; (d) losses arising from your failure to follow account security guidance provided by qi777.
The qi777 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." While qi777 endeavours to maintain a 99.9% uptime, no warranty is given that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities at all times. Planned maintenance is announced in advance wherever possible.
qi777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account immediately and without prior notice if it reasonably believes that: (a) the Account holder has violated these Terms; (b) the Account is being used for money laundering or other illegal purposes; (c) a security risk has been identified; or (d) the Account was opened by a person who is ineligible under Section 3.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting qi777 support. Upon closure, any verified real-money Balance (excluding uncompleted bonus wagering) will be returned to your depositing payment method within 10 business days, subject to completed KYC verification.
An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. qi777 will notify you via your registered email at least 30 days before applying a dormancy administration fee of ₱200 per month. The fee will not reduce your Balance below zero. Dormant account fees cease if the Account is reactivated by login or closed at your request.
If you have a complaint relating to your qi777 Account or any game outcome, you should first contact qi777 customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Include your Account username, the relevant date and time, game name or transaction reference, and a clear description of the issue.
qi777 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Complex disputes relating to game outcomes may require up to 14 business days to investigate, during which time the relevant bet record and logs will be preserved and made available to you on request.
If you are not satisfied with qi777's resolution, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or the relevant regulatory authority with jurisdiction over the matter. qi777 will cooperate fully with any such regulatory investigation.
qi777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an on-Platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure under Section 13.2. Disputes arising from terms in effect at the time the relevant events occurred will be governed by the version of these Terms current at that time.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the qi777 Platform that cannot be resolved by negotiation or through the complaints process in Section 14 shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Nothing in this clause limits qi777's right to seek urgent or interim relief in any jurisdiction where qi777 has assets or where you are located, to the extent necessary to protect qi777's rights pending the outcome of Philippine court proceedings.
